Hot and Spicy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can - 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 can - 4 oz chopped green chillies, drained
  • 1garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp chopped tomato

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350° F.

Mix mayonnaise, cheese, artichoke hearts, chopped green chillies, and garlicup Spoon into 9 inch pie plate.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Sprinkle onion and tomatoes.

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or pita bread wedges.
