Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained, cut finely
  • 1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • add a little tarragon
  • paprika

Preparation:

Mix artichokes, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and tarragon together. Turn into baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in a 400° F oven until brown on top.
