Hot Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained, cut finely
- 1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- add a little tarragon
- paprika
Preparation:
Mix artichokes, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and tarragon together. Turn into baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in a 400° F oven until brown on top.
