Shrimp And Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 3 cup sour cream (24 oz.)
- 3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 env. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 lbs frozen or fresh bay shrimp
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
Preparation:
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan and cheddar cheeses, onion and soup mix in a medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in shrimp and artichokes and transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 400° F for 20 minutes, or until light brown on top.
