BBQ Brisket
Ingredients:
- 1 beef brisket
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup Liquid Smoke
- 1 can tomato sauce
Preparation:
Trim excess fat from brisket. Place in a long, shallow baking pan lined with foil. Mix the vinegar, Liquid Smoke and tomato sauce and pour over the brisket. Seal the foil tightly over the brisket . Cook at 350° F for 30 to 45 minutes; lower heat to 325° F and cook about 3 1/2 hours. Do not open until done.
