Barbecued Brisket Mop Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef consommé
  • 1 can water
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp meat tenderizer
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 bay leaf

Preparation:

Bring beef consommé and water to boil in medium-size saucepan. Turn down heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Remove from heat.
