Sausage & Egg Casserole
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 6 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed
- 1 lbs sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350° F for 35 to 40 minutes
