Sausage & Egg Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 6 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed
  • 1 lbs sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350° F for 35 to 40 minutes
