Hawaiian Classic Pineapple Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 Pillsbury French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with natural juice
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Preparation:
This delicious cake will make you think of Hawaii every time you serve it! Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease Bundt pan with shorteneing, cooking oil or Pam.
Mix all ingredients together, adding coconut las Tbsp Pour into prepared bundt pan and bake for 35 minutes.
