No-Bake SweetPotato Candy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 - 24 oz. vanilla-flavored almond bark
- 1 - 10 oz. package sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup sweetpotatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Preparation:
Melt almond bark in a double boiler.
Add remaining ingredients.
Butter hands and roll in balls or flatten. Roll in chopped nuts if desired.
