Pine Bark
Ingredients:
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 12 oz. milk chocolate chips, not semi-sweet
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray. Place crackers in a single layer on the cookie sheeTbsp In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add brown sugar and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly to combine butter and sugar. Immediately pour over crackers spreading evenly. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately pour chocolate chips over crackers. Let set 1-2 minutes until sofTbsp Spread over crackers. Refrigerate until Set Break into pieces.
