Baked Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lbs bacon, cut up in small pieces
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 - 14 oz. cans pork and beans
- 1 - 1lb. can stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- dash celery salt
Preparation:
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain. Add ground beef and onions and cook until browned, adding or draining more fat as needed. Combine with remaining ingredients including bacon.
Spoon mixture into 2 - 1 1/2 quart casserole dishes. Bake at 300° F for 2 hours.
