Toasted Almond Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 graham cracker crust - 9 inch
  • 2 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
  • 3 pkg. cheesecake instant pudding
  • 1 - 12-oz. container Cool-Whip
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds- toaster

Preparation:

Beat milk, almond flavoring, pudding mixes and 1/2 of the Cool-whip with wire whisk. Sprinkle 1/4 almonds bottom of crust. Spread pudding mixture over almonds in crust. Spread remaining Cool-whip over pudding. Garnish with remaining almonds. Refrigerate until cold. Then serve.
