Chili
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 or 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 - 28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cummin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 4 - 15 oz. each cans of red beans or pinto beans
Preparation:
Brown meat with onions and green pepper.
Add the two cans of tomatoes, garlic and seasonings.
Simmer covered for one hour. Add the 4 cans of beans and continue to simmer an additional hour.
