Wendy's Chili
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 - 9 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 - 9 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
- 2 - 9 oz. can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 green chilies, diced
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cup water
Preparation:
Brown the beef and drain off the fat. Crumble the cooked beef into a large pot and add tomato sauce, kidney beans, pinto beans, onion, green chilies, celery, tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook stirring every 15 minutes for 2-3 hours.
