Buffalo Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground chicken or turkey (or combination of the 2)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, choppen
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
  • 3.4 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 pkg Dry Ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cup pepper jack or colby cheese, shredded
  • Nacho Chips

Preparation:

In non-stick skillet brown meat, onions and celery in olive oil. Sprinkle with salt while cooking. Add garlic, tomato sauce, chicken broth, hot sauce and dry ranch dressing. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add a little water or more broth while cooking if chili looks like it is drying out. Spoon into bowls, top with cheese and nacho chips.
