Gloreos

Cookie Ingredients:

  • 18 oz. Devils Food Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs Plus 2 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Bitter cocoa powder

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 lbs Plus 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation:

Mix cookie ingredients and spread in cookie sheet. bake 350 for about 15 minutes - check to make sure not burning.

You can use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut cookie and then spreadwith filling that has been mix together.
