Barbecue Beef Short Ribs with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 pounds Beef short ribs
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Large onion, cut into wedges
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Tomato ketchup
- 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 2 tsp Salt
- 4 Medium potatoes, peeled
- 4 Medium carrots; pared, cubed
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch, optional
- 1/4 cup Water
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients at cook on low for 6-8 hours.
