Barbecued Spareribs California-Style
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs Spareribs, cut 2-rib pcs
- 1/2 cup Cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp Dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 clove garlic, mince
- 1 dash Hot pepper sauce
- 1 dash Liquid smoke flavoring
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Arrange ribs on rack in baking pan. Brown in oven for 15 minutes on each side. Drain and put in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-10 hours or on HIGH 3-1/2-4 hours.
