Busy Day Beef Stew
Ingredients:
- 6 Large Potatoes, in cubes
- 6 Large Carrots; pare, 2-inch pieces
- 3 lbs Stew beef, 1-1/2 cubes
- 1/3 cup Soy sauce
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/3 tsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1 package Onions; frozen, chop
- 12 oz. 1 cup beef broth, condensed
- 1 (8 oz.) Can Tomato sauce
Preparation:
Layer potatoes, then carrots on bottom of liner. Top with meat; sprinkle meat with soy sauce, crushed bouillon cube, pepper and flour.
Spread with chopped onions. Combine beef broth and tomato sauce and pour over all.
Place liner in base. Cover and cook on auto for 7 hours; or low 9-11 hours or high 5 hours.
