Corned Beef in Brew
Ingredients:
- 6 Med Potatoes, peel, quarter
- 3 Med Onions
- 1 cup Carrots, slice thin
- 1 cup Beer
- 1 3/4 lbs Corned beef brisket, trim excess fat
Preparation:
Place potatoes and onions in the bottom of crock pot.
Place carrots on top of potatoes and onions.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place brisket on top of the vegetables. Pour beer over all. Cover and cook on low heat for 9-11 hours.
