Drunken Chuck
Ingredients:
- 1 (5 to 6 lbs) chuck roast
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans French onion soup
- 1-1/2 (12 oz.) cans beer
- 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation:
Bake roast at 400° F for one hour. Move roast to a large crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir, and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or on LOW overnight, or until tender.
