Forgotten Beef
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds beef for stew
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation:
Place beef in crock pot. Mix dry and canned soups together; pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
