Sugar Free Strawberry Banana Dessert
Ingredients:
- 3 firm bananas, sliced
- 1 prepared sugar free angel food cake, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
- 2 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 container reduced fat whipped topping
Preparation:
Layer banana slices and cake cubes in 9 x 13 x 2 dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Place strawberries over cake and press down gently.
Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir in cold water. Pour over strawberries. Refrigerate 3 hours. Frost with whipped topping.
