Baked Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup each green onions, bell pepper and celery
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated
Filling for egg whites Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp sweet pickle juice
Preparation:
Boil eggs. Mix egg yolks and filling, put into egg whites. Place filled eggs in baking dish. Sauté onions, peppers and celery; pour over filled eggs. Mix other ingredients except cheese and pour over eggs. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes in 350° F oven.
