Baked Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 Tbsp grated onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar or swiss cheese
  • English muffins

Preparation:

Heat soup in sauce pan and stir in milk, mustard, onion and cheese. Pour sauce into flat baking dish. Break eggs into sauce, allowing 1 or 2 per person. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Put muffin on each plate and spoon egg with sauce onto muffin.
