Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 12 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 1/2 cup Blue Cheese; crumbled
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vinegar
Preparation:
Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks. Mash yolks with cheese, add sour cream and vinegar. Refill egg whites. Put two filled halves together, cover with saran wrap until ready to serve.
