Brunch Eggs
Ingredients:
- eggs
- bread
- salt and pepper
- grated cheese
Preparation:
Butter custard cups well. Remove crust from bread and butter each slice. Push one slice firmly into each custard cup. Break one egg into each cup and lightly salt and pepper each. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350° F until egg is set.
