Avovado Relish From the Mesa Grill
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Avocado, peeled,
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice, fresh; pitted and diced
- 1 Tbsp Chilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Red Onion, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp jalapeños, seeded & minced
Preparation:
In a non-corrosive bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Return to room temperature before serving.
