Avovado Relish From the Mesa Grill

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ripe Avocado, peeled,
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice, fresh; pitted and diced
  • 1 Tbsp Chilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Red Onion, diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp jalapeños, seeded & minced

Preparation:

In a non-corrosive bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Return to room temperature before serving.
