Bok Choy Relish
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Finely chopped Bok Choy
- 2 Tbsp Sliced green onion
- 1 Tbsp Chopped pimiento
Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, and pepper. Stir in chopped bok choy, green onion, and pimiento. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 8 hours.
