Cowboy Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp self-rising flour
  • 2 cups water

Preparation:

Brown beef and onions; drain off excess fat. Add flour; brown slightly. Add water and simmer 10 minutes.

Good over steamed rice or toast.
