Gravied Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 - 5 lbs pot roast
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water

Preparation:

Mix onion soup and mushroom soup with 1/2 can water.

Cut fat from roast and pour mixture over roast, which has been placed in a heavy dutch oven.

Bake at 300° F for 4-5 hours.
