Broiled Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs lamb chops
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp ground marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation:

Trim fat from meat. Rub lamb chops with cut garlic cloves. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with marjoram and pepper.

Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.

Broil 4 to 5-inches from the heat for 5 minutes, or until done.
