Catsup-Hoisin Marinade for BBQ Spareribs
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Chinese red bean cheese
- 1/2 cup Catsup
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation:
Mash red bean cheese; then combine with remaining ingredients.
Rub mixture over spareribs and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Then roast.
