James Bond's Basic Barbecue Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cup Vodka
- 1/2 cup Dry Vermouth
- 3 Tbsp Oil, preferably canola
- 3 Tbsp Minced onion
- Juice of one large lemon
Preparation:
Combine the ingredients. Mr. Bond would implore you to shake it rather than stir it. The marinade is best the day it's made.
