Marinade for BBQ
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Dry sherry
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder or 1 clove
- Fresh
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Ginger; to taste
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 6 to 8 chicken thighs skinless
Preparation:
Remove skin from thighs of chicken and marinate in sauce for 1-2 hours, then BBQ for half an hour on low heat to prevent flame up, do not char. Enough fat will cook out of the meat to give a nice BBQ flavor. <Servings: Print This Page
