Butchers Choice Mexican Citrus Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 Small onion, chopped

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic bag.

Servings: 1 cup
