Butchers Choice Mexican Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (5 1/2 oz.) spicy eight-vegetable juice
  • 2 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic bag.

Servings: 1/2 cup
