Butchers Choice orange-Tarragon Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup White wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Chopped shallots
- 1 tsp Dried tarragon leaves
- 2 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic bag.
