Butchers Choice Rosemary-Wine Marinade
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh rosemary or 1 t dried rosemary
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Dry red wine or grape juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Preparation:
Heat oil in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook rosemary and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is tender; remove from heat. Stir in wine, sugar, salt and pepper.
