Butchers Choice Spicy Marinade
Ingredients:
- 4 md Green onions, sliced
- 2 jalapeños chilies, seeded and chopped
- 1/3 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh thyme leaves or 2 t dried thyme leaves
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Cover and process about 20 seconds or until smooth.
