Butchers Choice Spicy Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 4 md Green onions, sliced
  • 2 jalapeños chilies, seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh thyme leaves or 2 t dried thyme leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Cover and process about 20 seconds or until smooth.

Servings: 1 cup
