Almond Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1 qt water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz. noodles
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup blanched almonds, toasted
Preparation:
Bring water and salt to a boil; add ookles, stir, cook 10 minutes or until just tender. Drain and pour hot water over noodles in colander.
Melt butter in a saucepan; blend in almonds; add noodles and stir over low heat until nookles are heated and almonds are distributed.
