Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic

Ingredients:

• 1 Box Angel Hair Pasta
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 4 Garlic cloves; Minced
• 1/3 cup Fresh parsley; chopped

Preparation:

Bring water to boil in a 2 quart pot. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook just until soft. Remove from heat, add parsley. Toss pasta into boiling water, cook for 2 minutes.

Drain well. Add olive oil mixture to pasta and toss to coat.
