Apple Pecan Crumb Pie
Ingredients:
- 6 lg Granny-Smith Apples
- 1 9-inch pie shell
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
- 1 cup Ground pecans
Preparation:
Pare apples; cut into slices and arrange in pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Sift 1/2 cup sugar with flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
Add pecans and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400° F for 40-50 minutes.
