Dublin-Style Apple Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 - 9 inch pie shell
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cups (1 lbs 4 oz. ea) sliced
- Apples
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Corn starch
- 2 Tbsp Butter
Preparation:
Combine undrained apples and all except butter. Mix lightly. Spoon ingredients into pastry shell. Dot with butter. Bake at 425° F for minutes. Serve warm or cold.
