Crab Meat Quiche
Ingredients:
- 1 8 or 9 in. unbaked quiche pastry shell
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 and 2/3 cup crab meat (or two 7 oz. cans)
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, diced
- 1/3 cup green onions, diced
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk until well-blended. Stir in crab meat, cheese and onions. Pour into pastry shell and bake 40-45 minutes.
