Corn Relish
Ingredients:
- 2 qts. cut corn (1-1/2 doz. ear)
- 1 qt. chopped cabbage (small head)
- 1 cup chopped sweet red peppers (2 med)
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp mustard seed
- 1 cup water
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 to 2 cup sugar
Preparation:
Boil corn 5 minutes and combine with remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Bring to boiling and pack in jars.
