Corn Relish
Ingredients:
- 1 pk (20 oz.) frozen corn kernels
- 1 Green bell pepper; diced
- 1 Red bell pepper; diced
- 1 cup Vinaigrette dressing
- 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Melt the frozen corn in a large bowl of hot water from the tap.
When melted, drain the corn very well. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serve as a cold side dish or salad.
