Dixie Crossroads-style Vegetable Soup

  • 1 gallon water
  • 4 oz chopped onions
  • 3 oz powdered chicken base
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce image placeholder

Put chopped onions into one gallon of water. Bring to a rolling boil. Add chicken base to hot water. Add mixed vegetables and diced tomatoes. Add cooked rice and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.
