Drooling Dog-style Barbecue Roasted Garlic Bleu Cheese Butter

  • 4 heads garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup bleu cheese image placeholder

Place garlic on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil, then close foil and place in a 400 degree oven. Roast for one hour, or until soft.

Purée in a blender. Add room temperature butter and bleu cheese, mixing well. Refrigerate.

Use on chicken or salmon before cooking or as a spread for garlic bread.

Can be kept chilled up to two weeks, or frozen for longer term storage.
