Miss Mary's Rouladin

Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 lbs) cut of beef - 1/4 inch thick, 4 inches long and 3 inches wide
  • 1/2 lbs bacon chopped
  • 2 chopped onions
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation:

Pepper and salt to taste. Mix items and roll inside the beef, secure with toothpick then brown in skillet, then bake at 350° F for 20 minutes with gravy.
