Grill the chicken in 2 oz teriyaki sauce until done then add the veggies with 1 ounce of teriyaki sauce. Stir fry a couple of minutes. Remove to a plate.
The rice is a plain white rice with chicken base added to it.
NOTE: Shoney's teriyaki sauce is from Mike Rose Foods. It is a little thicker than what I've seen in grocery stores. Also Shoney's marinates the chicken at their warehouse before they ship it to the stores. What they marinate it in, I haven't a clue. I could never taste the marinade myself.Makes 4 Source:
